I started group training class with Anna a few weeks ago and as someone who doesn't always want to work out, I can say Fit By A has definitely improved my workout habits along with my friends. Annas group workout sessions are quick, time-efficient, and fun! She never fails to help you break a sweat, get your heart pumping, and tire you out. Her routine doesn't always involve excessive use of equipment, so after you become familiar with her exercises you can perform them at home for the days you can't make it into the class. Her schedule is very flexible, and she is very accommodating, Anna will make you push yourself, but also doesn't let you feel discouraged when you tire yourself out. Even in group sessions, she manages to give each individual feedback on how to obtain the best results by walking and observing each person. Anna is amazing at what she does and will definitely adjust her workouts to help you reach your fitness goals.

I am continuing to my six-month mark with group workouts at Fit By A. The workouts have been amazing! Each day is different and she helps focus on targeting our goals. She takes feedback well with what we feel we need to work on more or less. It's great to have her push us to the best of our ability. She took into consideration that our group was at a beginner's level and has slowly helped us build more strength and muscle. I love the concept that is in place for us in regards to mixing cardio, weights, and step class. I've noticed a significant change physically and mentally as well! The classes are all enjoyable which helps us to look forward to working out. We are always accommodated with our times and being flexible upon what days work for us. I have been working out with Fit By A since February. From the very first session, I knew Anmol was an exceptional fitness trainer. What caught my attention was not only how affordable her sessions are but also how you get that one-on-one training needed and it includes a variety of exercises that you can do at home or at another gym as well! She not only teaches you the basics, but she also goes into depth as to what muscles are being targeted and how to put your workouts together. She takes her timer explaining all the exercises and gives you multiple opportunities to perfect it. I feel so much more confident performing exercises independently because of the guidance I have received from Anmol and I am honestly so glad that I met her and got to know her because she gives the best advice in regards to what supplements to take and overall she's an amazing fitness trainer. I highly recommend working with her and I am looking forward to more workouts.
